In the early 2000’s, Rába, in order to join the chains of international automotive suppliers, established the unified Components Business Unit. The business unit offers its main technologies and products to the European markets, more particularly the Eastern-Central-European and EU markets. Components production and customer service presently takes place at three plants in Sárvár, Mór, and Esztergom.

The Rába Automotive Components Ltd. with a tradition of extensive experience produces seats for cars and commercial vehicles, seat parts and car components. The business unit is recognized supplier partner of the Central-European automotive industry.

Mór plant:

• Pressing
• Manual and robot welding (robot welding cells and 3D spot welder robot for production of seat frames and other metal components)

• PU-foaming (foam pad production)

• Logistical service (for the Magyar Suzuki Zrt „just in sequence” delivery)

• Machining (NC and CNC machining) (products primarily made of steel, drawn or rolled steel bar, grey cast iron or forged steel and spheroidal graphite iron)
